PURPOSE:
Assisting individuals who are self-represented who seek to establish conservatorships and other protective proceedings. Those who cannot afford an attorney and do not have the time nor the expertise to prepare legal documents. Specializing in  Conservatorships, Limited Conservatorships for Special Needs Individuals, Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and Guardianships. Focusing on document preparation in a timely manner that will hopefully assist the petitioner to protect the rights of children, the elderly and the disabled.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Possesses a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Correctional Counseling and Sociology and a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree. Thirty-six years experience in serving the courts. Formerly a Deputy Probation Officer and the recently retired Supervising Court Investigator for Solano Superior Court. Certified Notary Public.

AFFORDABLE:
Quality service provided at a reasonable fee. Costs include the minimum required three copies. Additional charge for extra copies. Will file documents at an additional cost.

KNOWLEDGEABLE:
Does not provide legal advice but has a unique knowledge of the court system, court procedures, California Rules of Court, Solano County Rules of Court, the California Probate, Family Law and Civil Codes, the inner workings of the Court Investigator’s Office, Child Welfare Services, Adult Protective Seervices, North Bay Regional Center, County Counsel, Public Guardian’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, Private Professional Conservators and private Attorneys.

CONVENIENT:
Located within minutes of the Solano Superior Court in Fairfield. Will make home visits, when appropriate.
